Founder of BestInvestorsTraining.com, Alfred Mendoza has arose from harsh circumstances to become one of the most prolific leaders in real estate in the greater Houston area. Now a seasoned veteran of real estate investment, Alfred has committed himself to educating others on how to gain wealth and financial independence through profitable investing. As Paralegal, Alfred, over the years has given his support to home builders and organized the acquisition and building of entire subdivisions by investors. Alfred's experience has led him to become an expert at drafting and negotiating real estate contracts and negotiating deals. He is a former mortgage broker and real estate licensed Agent as well as a paralegal and construction contractor which gives him a unique perspective on the market. Over the past few years he has devoted his time to teaching and mentoring others in the pursuit of their dreams.
